    We all have a choice on how we respond to any situation. Whenever we truly recognize this and practice it, there is an amazing path blazed towards inner peace 😉 Thanks for the great list!

  2. Portion control…that one is spot on! I cut my portions in half, and stopped eating 3 hours before bed (no “portion-creep” through snacking) and dropped almost 20 pounds in a month doing that alone.
